A graduate of Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Taylor is a native of Fenton, Michigan. She is also a recent graduate of Duke Divinity School. Her call
to ministry c ame way back in Middle School! She is married to a fellow clergy person, Cade Barefoot. Cade has been appointed to Dilworth United Methodist Church,
where he is an associate pastor. Taylor ran cross country and track in college.
