Room in the Inn

ENGAGE:
Every Thursday and Friday night from the first of December to the end of March, our church opens its doors to provide warm meals, beds and fellowship for more than 400 of our homeless neighbors who might not otherwise have a place to stay. There are many opportunities for individuals, families and groups to participate, such as driving the van, preparing and serving meals, and staying overnight with guests

Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte

MEET OUR PARTNER:
Habitat for Humanity is a champion for homeownership, building equity in communities, and hope. They build homes, provide critical repairs for homeowners, and provide mortgage services for homeowners.
ENGAGE:
Donate to help offset delinquent mortgages resulting from COVID pandemic. Building projects are on hold but there is hope for new builds in the Fall!

Beds for Kids

Beds for Kids provides bed and household furniture to families who need these essentials.

Faith Ministry

MEET OUR PARTNER:
Faith Ministry, based in Reynosa, Mexico, works to provide safe and secure housing for their neighbors, promotes health and wellness through their community clinic, provides scholarships for further education and empowerment of children, and is the spiritual hub of the community. Teams from MPUMC take annual mission trips to work alongside families to build futures.
