Friendship Trays offers a daily, home-delivered meal progr am of healthy meals to homebound individuals throughout Charlotte-Mecklenburg. They serve those who are unable to obtain meals for themselves due to age, disability, or illness. Over 100 volunteers provide more than 600 meals daily to recipients providing a healthy meal, socialization and security.
Friendship Trays’ services give f amilies the peace of mind that their loved ones are checked on daily, and give individuals the ability to remain independent in their own homes.
All recipients are asked to pay what they can for their meals. Your gift will ensure that those individuals who cannot afford it will continue to have their meals subsidized by Friendship Trays.
