Centering Prayer

Mondays, In-Person, 5:00- 6:00 p.m. in room 024

Centering Prayer is a method of prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of God’s presence, traditionally called contemplative prayer.  Centering Prayer facilitates the movement from more active prayer – verbal, mental, or affective prayer – into a receptive prayer of resting in God. Join ongoing sessions of Centering Prayer where you can learn the practice and experience it in a lay-led small group setting.
