Foundations of Mindfulness

Join us in person or virtually through Zoom as we launch a study of the basics of meditation. The book Mindfulness: An Eight Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World and accompanying audio meditations will introduce participants to this method that helps break cycles of anxiety, stress, and exhaustion. Each weekly meeting will include a practice meditation. Buy your own copy of the book online, or from your favorite retailer, and read the first five chapters prior to first class.

Let us help you find a life group! These small groups will offer you the space and time to deepen your faith through connection, prayer, and belonging. To be matched with a group of fellow church members, fill out this virtual form or stop by the reception desk to fill out a paper form. We will collect and use this information to form life groups. Howard Thurman Book Study

Moms’ Group

Beginning September 21 at 10:30 a.m.

Mothers of young children are invited for a time of connection, reflection on how God is showing up in the midst of our lives, and sharing in the joys and challenges of motherhood. Old & New Testaments

Thursdays, 6:30-8 p.m. 

Join this study group led by David Dulin for comprehensive engagement with the entire bible. The group will study the Old Testament for 12 weeks and the New Testament for 12 weeks with a winter break in between. Participants read a manageable 3-5 chapters of the Bible daily in preparation for the weekly meetings, which last about 90 minutes. To join, email David at

Sole Friends

Sole Friends

Join us for a time of movement and fellowship together! Sole Friends offers a monthly opportunity to step out in nature and explore the beauty of God’s creation in community together. All fitness levels are welcome! Sole Friends meet the second Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. The meeting locations vary.
