We will be hosting an opportunity for our congregation to receive information, ask questions, and share our hopes regarding our denomination’s February 2019 General Conference, which has been called to consider recommendations related to human sexuality and LGBTQ inclusion.  On Thursday, January 10, at 6:30 p.m. in Jubilee Hall, Dr. J ames Howell, Will Barr, and Kate Maynard will briefly review the history of these issues, the alternatives to be considered at General Conference, the actions undertaken here thus far, and questions from the congregation.   We have set up an email (questions@mpumc.org) to receive your questions: you may utilize this now and at any time up to and including the meeting itself.
