Today, United Methodist Women continues to support the health and f amily needs of women and children around the globe. Despite these efforts, maternal and child mortality remains a significant global challenge. In 2017, the offering received from the Call to Prayer and Self-Denial observance will support progr amming and advocacy for the health of mothers and their children.

One hundred percent of the offering will go directly to maternal and child health progr ams and advocacy.
