C amp Hours:  Preschool: 9:00 am-12:30 p.m.; Elementary: 9:00 am-3:00 p.m.

Age Groups

• C amp assignments are based on your child’s current (2017-18) school year class.
• Children must have been born on or before August 31, 2016 to attend.
• 5-year-olds are those children who have not yet completed kindergarten but are enrolled in a transitional progr am.

Registration:  Registration is March 5-May 30. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Class sizes are limited, so sign up early! Registration forms are available outside the Children’s Ministries office or at myersparkumc.org/children. Mail your completed form to 1501 Queens Road, Charlotte, NC 28207, Attn: Summer Fun Days or return it to the Children’s Ministries Office. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation Policy:  We have a No Refund policy. We know that even the best plans can change due to busy schedules. If you withdraw from Summer Fun Days, the registration fee will be credited as a donation from you to Children’s Ministries.

C amp Packets:  In early July you will receive a packet of information that includes your child’s classroom assignment, service project information, and other important “stuff” you need to know!

Join us for two fun-filled weeks of exploring through fellowship and fun and growing together as we celebrate and praise God.

• Hands-on Activities such as Art, Music, Science, and Cooking
• Specials such as Puppet Theatre, Bible Stories, Music Experience and Chapel
• Service opportunity
• Outdoor Play on our playground

9:00 am-3:00 p.m.

Two fun-filled weeks of various group-building activities and lots of off-c ampus fun!

Past activities have included service at a local nonprofit, ice skating, miniature golf, a trip to the farmer’s market, and a visit to Bank of america Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers.
