Summer Fun Days 2019 (July 8-12 and July 15-19). For Ages 1-5th Grade. To attend, children must have been born on or before August 31, 2017.
Preschool – $150 per week, per child
Elementary – $225 per week, per child

Forms are outside the Children’s Ministries Office.
C amp Hours
Preschool: 9:00 am-12:30 p.m.
Elementary: 9:00 am-3:00 p.m.
Age Groups
- C amp assignments are based on your child’s current (2018-19) school year class.
- Children must have been born on or before August 31, 2017 to attend.
- 5-year-olds are those children who have not yet completed kindergarten but are enrolled in a transitional progr am.
Registration
Registration opens February 11 and closes when classes are full. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Class sizes are limited, so sign up early! Mail your completed registration form to Katharine Willis, Attn: Summer Fun Days, 1501 Queens Rd, Charlotte, NC 28207, or return it to the Children’s Ministries office. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. Please allow 7 days for processing
Cancellation Policy
We have a No Refund policy. We know that even the best plans can change due to busy schedules. If you withdraw from Summer Fun Days, the registration fee will be credited as a donation from you to Children’s Ministries.
C amp Packets
In early July you will receive a packet that includes your child’s classroom assignment, service project information, and other important “stuff” you need to know!
