Join us on the fourth Sunday of the month in Jubilee Hall for Parenting Through the Phases. Each month will focus on a different phase and a panel of experts (educators, experienced parents, medical field, etc.) will be on hand to offer tips and questions. On Sunday, November 24, we will address the 4th & amp; 5th Grade phase.

This is the phase when friends are best friends, g ames are for competition, and your confident child will insist, “I’ve got this.”

If your children:

• Seem interested in their friends – even more than their f amily,
• Are growing increasingly confident and competitive,
• Act like they love you one minute but ignore you the next,
• Play with childhood toys and also beg you for a cell phone,
• Crave your affirmation but are completely horrified and embarrassed when you give it,

Then believe it or not, you might be in one of the best phases of your child’s life.

Join us for coffee and conversation where we will explore:

• What’s changing about your tween over the next year
• The 6 things your tween needs most
• Four conversations to have in this phase

This is a great opportunity to meet other f amilies with 4th and 5th graders. Bring a friend or two!
