Mindfulness Mondays Summer Series

Come learn or renew your practice of mindfulness meditation in a small group on the labyrinth in Francis Chapel. Mindfulness meditation is simply being aware and accepting in the present moment of your breath, emotions, physical sensations, and thoughts. This is known to improve mood and the experience of physical and mental health conditions over time. This will be a time of short practice of meditation – 15-30 minutes at most – not a book study.
