Join us and speakers from Mental Health America of Central Carolinas to delve into brief overviews of the most common mental disorders. We will discuss anxiety, addiction, and depression. We will meet in room 108.
10/6: Rita speaks on her own personal and professional experience, dealing with anxiety and the self-care philosophy she has developed to help her maintain a better quality of life.
10/13: DeAn has longtime experience working in the substance abuse/addiction field and will share her knowledge and her hopes for the future of that field with us.
10/20: Guillermo has volunteered as an MHA Storyteller since 2013, sharing about his journey with depression and helping break mental health stigma one conversation at a time.
