As part of our mental health focus, a workshop at 6:30 p.m. Monday, October 15, in Jubilee Hall will look at ACE’s (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and their impact on our physical and emotional well-being later in life. Meredith is an ordained deacon in The United Methodist Church and currently serves as Director of Progr am Excellence at Crossnore School & amp; Children’s Home. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and provides outpatient therapy to clients at Crossnore. She is also a trauma-informed trainer, providing internal training at Crossnore and external

training in churches and organizations interested in building trauma-informed communities. She is married to Duncan and the couple has twin daughters.
