Congregational Care

Life can present many ups and downs. As a church family, we want to walk beside you and support you on your journey. We believe in Jesus’ command to love one another, and we know that offering care is essential in sharing that love. If you are seeking more information, email Rev. Bill Roth, Pastor of Congregational Care, at broth@mpumc.org. For health-related questions, contact Parish Nurse Lauren Smith at lsmith@mpumc.org.

As a Church, we affirm that the Gospel is a message of death and resurrection. We come together as a community of faith to celebrate, honor and remember those who have passed from life to life eternal. We come together in grief, acknowledging our human loss and ask that God grant us grace, comfort, and hope.

Currently, in response to COVID-19, we are doing our best to faithfully honor the lives of loved ones while also protecting those who gather to celebrate their life and mourn together. If you need to speak with the pastor on call or find out more about making arrangements, call 704-376-8584. Click here to stream memorial services.
